Karan Motagi

Karan has trained clients from beginner to becoming an athlete and has helped them perform Olympic weightlifting for over 5 years.

He is very passionate about helping his clients in fixing their mobility/ stability issues and improving their overall weightlifting technique. His experience of over 5 years makes him the best trainer in assessing the root cause of client’s movement related pain and resolving such issues which ultimately helps the client to perform better.

He strongly believes in imparting accurate knowledge of strength training to clients which empowers every client to train lifelong with confidence.  

He has a team of weightlifting athletes and is dedicated full-time in helping them to perform better in all aspects of weightlifting.

Michael is a Functional movement specialist and a certified trainer. He has been helping clients with strength training and weightlifting for almost over 3 years. He is very passionate about resolving mobility and stability issues of clients before introducing them to weightlifting technique.
 
He is a weightlifting athlete for almost 3 years now.

Jesko specializes in training clients for weightlifting and strength gain. He started training as a boxer for 2 years and eventually, he continued to push himself into strength training and started olympic weightlifting. 
 
Jesko has been into weightlifting for over 2 years now and is also a competitive weightlifting athlete. 
 
He has great passion for coaching clients for weightlifting and teaching how to balance a full time career while prioritizing health and fitness.

Halina Kompa

Halina is a 3rd year kinesiology student at UFV specializing in exercise science. She has been into crossfit since 2019. She is a fitness enthusiast and a recreational weightlifter for over 3 years. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience in functional human movement patterns.

She is always learning about human capabilities as an individual and species. She is taking these experiences and combining them with her passion for strength training to find movements that work best for your individual needs to enable you to perform at your best and injury-free.
