STEP 1: Fill out the 15-second form → 5-minute call with a coach → Book your free in-gym consultation + movement screen.

For complete beginners (zero experience)

STEP 2: After step 1, start with 4 one on one private sessions for $259 plus tax to build foundation, improve mobility, learn basics of snatch, clean & jerk. For youth (U17) start with a trial class.

STEP 3: Progress to group classes. Adult class membership starts at $191 plus tax. Youth (U17) class membership starts at $90 plus tax.

For lifters with some experience

STEP 2: After step 1, progress to group classes. Adult class membership starts at $191 plus tax.
