I initially started to train with Karan to learn how to assess and teach clients as a new trainer. I am now working on my own problems so that I will experience myself to see if the solution really works and get more confident in the process. Details matter in Olympic Lifting and all those little details need to be met to have a successful lift each time. I would recommend to see Karan not only if you have pain, but also if you feel you're not progressing in your lifts as you were hoping. In any of these problems, he will have exact solutions for you and he will not compromise, which is exactly what you need.

I am a classic office worker and a big believer in work/life balance. I do my best to eat well and exercise regularly as a long-term investment. 🙂 When Olympic Weightlifting has introduced to me over a year ago, I was a bit skeptical. I had a misconception like many people that I would just train to be bulky (like a bodybuilder).Thankfully, I was being open-minded and allowed myself to learn more about it. Karan@LiftwithMobility helped assess my posture, mobility, stability, and balance. He then guided me through exercises that specifically help improve my body needs.

Great coaching, Karan helped with my mobility issues and has taught me proper technique with the snatch and clean and jerk. I would highly recommend Karan and this gym.

Amazing facility, but the coaching is really what you train here for. Karan is a straight forward and results focussed coach. He will help you understand the way your body functions and Improve your mobility which will allow you to properly train and get the results you have been missing out on all these years. Great class for youth! Good opportunity to become stronger and meet new friends. Also, I did my research as a parent. Weightlifting during adolescence significantly increases bone density. Best sport for girls, the best we can give to our kids to keep them healthy.

I had the pleasure of taking part in their recent 'Pain Free Challenge' workshop. It was an excellent investment of my time. Karan offered excellent advice and instruction on how I could improve my lifting techniques with less stress on my body while improving my range of motion.
This workshop is excellent for not only beginners, but experienced lifters wanting to brush up on their technique. The facility is well appointed with numerous fully equipped lifting stations, making it easy to train without fighting for space and equipment. I was impressed with how clean everything is along with their COVID-19 safety practices.

This facility is run by one of the most, if not the most knowledgeable weightlifting trainers in the city. I never realized how technical olympic weightlifting was until I trained with Karan. I've learned the fundamentals, how to prevent injuries, how to advance progressively and how to keep truly good form. No amount of online programs and Instagram coaches provides this level of personalized knowledge
