The Advanced Olympic Weightlifting Program will help you reach your best potential as an Olympic Weightlifter. It will challenge your strength, endurance, power, speed, balance and make you a better Olympic Weightlifter.

This program focuses more on Olympic weightlifting complexes and includes:

  • Snatch- 2 positions/ 3 positions Snatch, Power Snatch to Snatch.
  • Clean & Jerk– 2 positions/ 3 positions Clean, Clean to Jerk without recovery, Push Press to Split Jerk.
