This program focuses more on Olympic weightlifting complexes and includes:
- Snatch- 2 positions/ 3 positions Snatch, Power Snatch to Snatch.
- Clean & Jerk– 2 positions/ 3 positions Clean, Clean to Jerk without recovery, Push Press to Split Jerk.
