Online – Fill out the form on the website. The form will ask for information about you including weightlifting goals. Please click here Get Started!

Walk-in – Fill out the consultation questions if you walk-in to the gym. The consultation questions will be about your current fitness level, injuries, weightlifting goals, etc.

Schedule 1 on 1 coaching with our coach

After filling out the form or consultation questions, we will schedule a 1 on 1 coaching session with you as per your convenience. The coaching session will comprise of the following:


a. Knowing more about you and your weightlifting goals
b. Conducting an assessment on how you squat and joint range of motion (mobility). Answering all your questions.
c. Based on the assessment the coach will guide you with mobility training, core training & weightlifting technique movements.
d. If you are a beginner with little to no experience with barbell training, then the coach will help you with learning back squats, front squat & overhead squat which are very important for Olympic Weightlifting. You can use a pipe or light technique barbell to perform the movements.
e. If you are a crossfitter, weightlifter or have been doing barbell movements like squats, deadlift, bench press, etc., then the coach will help you with learning the basics of Snatch, Clean & Jerk.

Recommendation of program to start Olympic Weightlifting

Based on the assessment and your experience with Olympic Weightlifting or barbell training, the Coach will recommend you the following during 1 on 1 coaching:

For Beginners with little to no experience – It is best to start with 1 on 1 coaching with our Coach before joining the weightlifting class. The 1 on 1 coaching will help to build a good foundation, improve mobility, and understand the technique of Olympic Weightlifting. After completion of 1 on 1 coaching, the Coach will recommend weightlifting program membership options to get started with weightlifting classes that works best to achieve your goals.

For people with prior experience – Based on the assessment and your weightlifting goals, the Coach will recommend weightlifting program membership options to get started with weightlifting classes that work best to achieve your goals.

Olympic Weightlifting Program

After deciding on the membership options, we will build for you an appropriate weightlifting program to achieve your weightlifting goals.

Start attending Weightlifting class

After building the program, you are ready to start attending weightlifting classes. During the class you will follow your weightlifting program and will be coached by our weightlifting coach.
