This program focuses more on specific issues related to technique which helps in overall Olympic Weightlifting and includes:
- Snatch- Balance, Second Pull, Third Pull.
- Clean – Second Pull, Third Pull.
- Split Jerk – Jerk Balance, Dip & Drive, Step to Split.

Perfect for those who have completed our Beginner Weightlifting Program and have good understanding of lifting weights but need to sharpen their Weightlifting technique and form. This program focuses heavily on technique, speed, balance and accomplishing new personal best.
Intermediate Weightlifting Program
The Intermediate Weightlifting Program is the next step towards getting better at Weightlifting technique and increasing your overall strength. The program primarily focuses on improving Weightlifting technique which makes it perfect for those who have already learnt the foundation of weightlifting in a beginner Weightlifting program.
