Beginner Weightlifting program helps you to learn the basics of Weightlifting by developing flexibility, strength, endurance, muscle gain and fat loss.

The program helps in developing mobility, stability and strength required for Olympic weightlifting and includes:

  • Basics of Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk)
